This is my first pregnancy and honestly I feel very clueless about daily routine. Food, rest, walking, checkups, everything feels new and family is giving mixed advice. What basic things did you all follow?
Dekho, sidhi baat hai. Follow your gynac's advice religiously. Eat healthy ghar ka khana, no outside junk. Stay active with light walks, and take your medicines on time. Most importantly, avoid stress, it's not good for you or baby.
Yaar, sabse pehle toh, enjoy your cravings, within limits of course! My doc said a balanced diet is key, but if you want that one extra gulab jamun, go for it sometimes. And rest, lots of rest!
Oh, it feels like just yesterday! Honestly, focus on staying calm and happy. Eat healthy home-cooked food, walk a little every day if your doctor allows, and get enough sleep. Cherish these months, they fly by so quickly once the baby arrives!
What to do? Mostly just survive, yaar! Haha, kidding. But seriously, I'm just trying to nap as much as possible, eat decent food, and avoid bending over. My main goal is to get this baby out safe and sound, so whatever doc says, that's what I do.
My love, the most important thing is to listen to your body and your doctor. Rest when you need to, eat nourishing food, and prepare yourself mentally for motherhood. And remember, every pregnancy is different, so be gentle with yourself.
My doctor always stressed the importance of regular prenatal check-ups, taking your supplements like folic acid and iron religiously, and staying hydrated. She also advised light exercise, like walking, if there are no complications, and making sure your diet is rich in fruits, vegetables, and protein.
