In the last month I kept meals light but nutritious, lots of fruits, dal, veggies and milk. Small frequent meals helped because there was less space in the tummy. Keep up your iron and calcium as your doctor advised, energy is needed for delivery.
My mom made sure I had ghee, dates and good homemade food in the last month, she believed it helps with strength for delivery. I ate small portions often. Just follow your doctor's diet chart along with the family food.
Iam in my 9th month and honestly there is no room left for big meals haha. I just nibble all day, fruit here, a few nuts there. Small and often is the only way that works now.
