Everyone keeps telling me different things, MIL says one thing, internet says another and I'm getting confused. I just want a simple idea of the right routine to follow. What worked for you?
Definitely track your symptoms and appointments with an app, it's so helpful! Also, hydrate well, get good rest, and eat nutritious meals. And remember to talk to your gynac about any concerns or questions you have.
Sleep. Seriously, sleep as much as you can now! Also, eat, but not for two, just wisely. And avoid lifting heavy stuff. Oh, and enjoy those quiet moments, they're rare once baby arrives! 😂
Focus on a balanced diet – lots of protein, fibre, and controlled carbs. Avoid sugary drinks and excessive sweets. Regular, gentle exercise like walking is also very beneficial, but only if your doctor approves.
Stay positive, eat healthy home-cooked food, and go for regular walks. Listen to your body and your doctor. Don't stress too much about small things. A calm mind helps a lot for a smooth delivery.
Oh, I'm just planning, but I've been reading a lot. I think eating healthy, taking prenatals, and staying calm is what everyone says. And lots of rest, maybe? I hope I can follow all this.
