Please don't rely on general lists because every pregnancy is so different. I had some severe complications in mine and my doctor had to add special blood tests and extra scans to keep my baby safe. Let your gynac decide the exact tests you need.
I tracked all my tests on my app, starting with the early beta hCG and then the NT scan around week 12. There's also the anomaly scan later and regular blood work for thyroid and sugar. Keeping a checklist on your phone really helps keep track of everything!
