Honestly just feeling very emotional and overthinking this whole conceive journey. Trying since few months and na koi result. Anyone else feel like the mind plays games during this time?
I keep reading about how our mental state affects the baby's development. Does anyone else feel like their mood swings make it hard to stay positive all the time? I'm still trying my best to practice daily affirmations.
Honestly right now in my 3rd trimester, the only thing my mind is conceiving is a giant tub of chocolate ice cream and an extra pillow! My brain has totally turned into mush with this pregnancy fog. But yes, staying positive definitely helps with the heavy belly.
A positive mind really helps in keeping the body healthy during pregnancy, so try listening to calm music or doing deep breathing. I always drank warm milk with turmeric to feel calm. But if you have severe anxiety or physical issues, please consult your doctor instead of just trying to manage it mentally.
I totally understand how powerful our thoughts are when we are growing a tiny miracle inside us. When you think happy thoughts, your baby feels that warmth and love too. It is such a beautiful connection that we share with our little ones.
I used to do positive visualization during my pregnancy, thinking about a healthy baby, and it really kept my stress levels down. I don't know the science behind it, but personally, keeping my mind peaceful made my journey much easier.
