6 weeks along and i keep getting different advice from everyone at home. Some say no papaya, some say no travel. I just want a clear idea of what to actually stay away from in these early days.
My gynac listed it out: avoid raw/undercooked meat and eggs, soft unpasteurised cheese, excess vitamin A foods, smoking, alcohol and limit caffeine. She also said be careful with long hot baths and certain OTC meds. Anything specific, ask her.
Apart from the food things others mentioned, avoid too much tension and negativity also. Stay calm, take care of your food and rest. And keep faith, it really helps the early days feel lighter.
Avoid raw or undercooked stuff, papaya and pineapple in excess, too much caffeine, smoking and alcohol obviously. Also no heavy lifting and no random medicines without doctor. Rest is mostly normal food, dont overthink the list.
I'd say avoid stressing too much honestly, that affected me a lot. Skip raw eggs, unpasteurised stuff, and dont start any new supplement without asking. Everyone's body is different so check the specifics with your own doctor.
Haan basics yaad rakho, no kachcha papita, no zyada caffeine na, and dont lift heavy buckets and all. Outside ka raw salad bhi avoid. Baaki normal khaana chalega.
