First of all, don't panic or google too much, it will only make you anxious. Call your doctor immediately to schedule the first blood test. Avoid eating papaya or pineapple, and just rest as much as possible until your first doctor visit.
I can only share what I did when my test came positive. I immediately told my husband and we called the doctor to confirm when we should go for our first scan, we didn't take any self medicines at all.
