We just started trying this month and i keep wondering if there is anything i should do right after, like lie down or kuch aur. Probably overthinking but anyone who conceived, what did u do?
I used to panic so much thinking if I stood up too fast, everything would leak out and I wouldn't conceive! But my doctor reassured me that it's completely normal for some fluid to come out and the strong swimmers have already gone up. Just lie down for 10 minutes and relax.
Just lying down comfortably on your back for about 15-20 minutes is more than enough to help. There is no need for any crazy positions or stressing out. Keep a positive mindset and let nature do its work!
Haha, honestly, just sleep! Don't rush to the washroom immediately, just put a pillow under your hips and get some good rest—you'll need all the sleep you can get once the baby actually arrives, trust me!
I am currently pregnant and when we were trying, I used to lie down on my side for 15 minutes after sex. Did anyone else also try the legs-up-the-wall thing, or is that just a myth?
Haan ji, sex ke baad turant khade mat hona, thoda der bed pe hi lete raho. Maine toh lower back ke niche ek soft pillow rakh liya tha thodi der ke liye. Bas jyada stress mat lena, relax rehna sab thik hoga!
