What to do during pregnancy to have a intelligent baby?
First pregnancy and im so excited about everything. Everyone keeps telling different things, read this, listen to that music, eat certain foods. wondering if any of it really makes a difference for the baby's brain. what did you do?
I read a lot on this in my pregnancy app. Main proven things are good nutrition, omega rich foods, folic acid, avoiding alcohol/smoking and managing stress. The whole talking to baby and music thing is sweet bonding even if not magic, i did it anyway.
My family told me to stay happy, eat nourishing food and listen to bhajans and read, and i loved doing all that. Whether it makes them smarter who knows, but a calm well fed mom is what matters. I focused on health and let the rest be.
No magic formula honestly, but eating well, taking your folic acid and prescribed supplements, staying calm and getting enough rest all help the baby develop healthily. Genetics plays a big part too. Just take care of yourself and trust your doctor.
I just stayed positive, kept my mind peaceful, read good books and listened to calm music. A happy relaxed mom is the best gift to the baby i feel. Eat healthy, rest well and dont fill your head with stress. The rest happens naturally.
Lol i did all the tricks, classical music on the belly, ate my almonds, talked to my bump like a crazy person. Baby came out and the first genius move was screaming at 3am. Just eat well, stay relaxed and dont put pressure on yourself yaar.
