This has become such a problem in my third trimester, i feel so uncomfortable and bloated all day. Drinking water and eating fruits but still no relief. Pls share what actually worked for u, im desperate.
Soaked figs and raisins overnight, warm water in morning, and prunes if u can find them. All natural and gentle. But if u have pain or bleeding with it, please dont ignore, check with doctor.
My mother told me to have ragi, more curd and water, and it did help ease it. Adding fruits and walking a little also worked. If it troubles a lot just ask ur doctor for a safe option, dont self medicate.
Beta drink plenty water, eat papaya (ripe), soaked raisins, and lots of fibre like sabzi and salad. Warm water in the morning helped me. If it stays bad for days, do tell ur doctor, dont take any laxative on ur own.
More water, more fibre, and gentle walking, that combo fixed it for me both times. Iron tablets often make it worse, so mention it to ur gynac, sometimes they adjust or add a safe stool softener. Dont take anything random.
Constipation was bad for me with all the sitting at work. I started keeping a big water bottle on my desk, added oats and fruits, and walked a bit after lunch. Simple but it really helped move things along.
