I totally understand how unsettling dizziness can be during pregnancy! Your body is working so hard. Make sure you're drinking lots of water and not letting your blood sugar drop. Don't hesitate to call your doctor if it feels concerning, ok?
First, sit or lie down right away, preferably on your left side. Drink plenty of water and make sure you're eating enough, small meals frequently are better. Avoid standing for long periods or getting up too quickly. If it's persistent, check with your doctor.
Dizziness? Welcome to the club! With twins, I felt like I was constantly on a boat. Sit down immediately if you feel it coming. Keep healthy snacks handy and hydrate like crazy. Also, my gynac advised me to get up slowly from sitting or lying down positions.
Oh, I felt so dizzy during my first trimester, it was scary! I found it helped to lie down on my left side, and my doc told me to eat small, frequent meals and drink lots of water. And avoid standing for too long.
Dizziness? Sounds like your baby is practicing their spinning moves inside! Just kidding! Seriously though, sit down, put your feet up, and maybe grab a little something to eat. And don't forget the water – you're basically a human sprinkler system now!
Dizziness can be a sign of low blood pressure or low iron. It's really important to get this checked by your doctor, especially if it's frequent or severe. Don't ignore it, please speak to your gynac right away.
