Yaar, high BP during pregnancy is no joke, actually. The first thing you need to do is call your gynac, like, right now. They might ask you to come in or prescribe something to manage it. Don't wait for it to get worse, doc knows best!
For high blood pressure, you must definitely talk to your doctor immediately, beta. My mother always said to keep calm and avoid stress, but ultimately, only the doctor can tell you what to do. They will advise you properly, don't worry too much but do take it seriously.
High BP? Oh god, I had that worry too, especially carrying two! First, don't panic. Call your doc *immediately*. They'll probably ask you to monitor it closely and might suggest some diet changes. For me, it was less salt, more rest, and trying not to argue with anyone haha.
High blood pressure during pregnancy is a serious concern, so please don't delay in reaching out to your gynaecologist. They will assess your situation and provide the best course of action. It could involve monitoring, lifestyle changes, or medication, depending on the severity.
This is super important, so please contact your doctor or gynac right away. My doctor told me it's crucial to monitor BP closely to prevent complications like pre-eclampsia. They might suggest regular checks, dietary modifications, and sometimes even medication if it's consistently high. Don't self-medicate or just rely on home remedies for this.
