First time pregnant and im 4 months in. Everyone in family gives different advice about garbh sanskar, music, eating almonds etc. Just want to know what really helps the baby's brain. Pls share ur experience.
My amma always said eat well, stay happy and listen to good music. I used to read aloud and play soft songs in evenings. No magic formula but a calm healthy mom helps baby develop nicely, doctor said the same.
I did light prenatal yoga and daily walks once my doctor cleared me, and ate lots of nuts and fish for omega. Movement and good food helped me feel good which I think helps baby too. Just check with ur doc before any exercise.
My gynac said the main things are good nutrition, your folic acid and iron tablets, enough sleep and low stress. Brain develops on those, not on fancy tricks. Talking to the bump and music are nice bonding extras.
Honestly yaar dont stress about making a genius. Eat healthy, walk if doc allows, talk to baby, play music u like. Actually a relaxed mom is half the work done.
I kept my mind positive, did light prayers and stayed away from negativity. A peaceful happy mother is the best gift for the baby I truly believe. Eat your greens and rest well also.
