Nausea hits me the worst on empty stomach but eating also feels hard. Im 9 weeks and just wanna get through the day without feeling sick. Pls share what u do.
Hi, I just delivered a few months back and the nausea was intense for me too! What helped me was always keeping some dry crackers or biscuits by my bed and having them even before getting up. Also, try to avoid strong smells, those were big triggers for me. My gynac also suggested vitamin B6 sometimes.
Oh beta, nausea is such a common thing in early pregnancy, it can make you feel so low. Try to eat small, frequent meals rather than large ones, and keep sipping on water or clear liquids. Ginger tea or some nimbu paani might also give you some relief. If it gets too severe, don't hesitate to talk to your doctor, okay? Take care of yourself.
This is exactly what I keep hearing about and dreading for when I get pregnant! So many women suffer from this. I heard about ginger candies and trying to eat bland food. What else actually works? It sounds really tough to manage everyday.
Nausea is a pain, haan. My mum always said keep a packet of sattu or some roasted chana near you and munch on it whenever you feel like throwing up. Simple things like small meals, avoiding oily stuff, and maybe a little ginger tea ghar pe can help a lot. Don't buy fancy stuff, these simple tips really work.
