Last few weeks mere pair are so swollen by evening, my chappals dont even fit properly. Im in my 8th month. Standing for long makes it worse. Any tips to reduce the sujan? Anyone else facing this?
Swollen feet are common during pregnancy, especially in the later months. Try to rest with your feet elevated, and make sure you're drinking enough water. Comfortable shoes can also make a big difference. If you're worried, your doctor can give you more specific advice.
Ugh, my feet are officially cankles now! 😂 Swollen feet are basically my new identity in this third trimester. I try to put them up on pillows whenever I sit, which is like, all the time now. And my husband gives me a little massage sometimes, which helps a bit. The struggle is real!
Oh beta, swollen feet are super common in pregnancy, especially as you get further along. Don't stress too much. Try to keep your feet elevated whenever you sit or lie down. Hydrate well, drink lots of water, and avoid standing for too long. If it gets really painful or suddenly very severe, then do check with your doctor, ok?
I totally understand how uncomfortable swollen feet can be, it feels like your feet are not even yours anymore! It's a normal part of this beautiful journey, but it can be hard. Just make sure to rest with your feet up, maybe a gentle foot massage if someone is around, and stay hydrated. You're doing great, mama!
My feet are starting to feel a bit puffy now in my second trimester, is this normal? I've been trying to elevate them when I sit, but it doesn't always go down. Did anyone else experience this so early? I'm a little anxious if it means anything bad, should I tell my doctor right away?
Swollen feet? Totally normal. First, drink tons of water, believe it or not, it helps. Second, put your feet up whenever you can, seriously. Third, comfortable shoes are a must; ditch anything tight. And fourth, don't stand for hours. If it's sudden or just one leg, get it checked by your gynac, always. Trust me, been there twice!
Swollen feet can be really tiring, especially after all the journey you've been through. It's quite a common pregnancy symptom. Try to avoid standing for long periods and elevate your legs whenever possible. Ensure you're wearing comfortable shoes. If you notice a sudden, severe swelling, especially in one leg, please check with your doctor immediately.
