When my reading was high my doctor referred me to a diet specialist and asked me to monitor sugar at home. Some need only diet, some need medication, doctor decides. The important thing is regular follow up so it doesnt affect the baby.
Please dont take this lightly or try to fix it with just home tips. High sugar in pregnancy needs proper monitoring. Go to your doctor, follow the diet and tests they give.
My GTT was high too and they diagnosed gestational diabetes. Dont panic, its manageable. The doctor put me on a diet plan, regular sugar checks and some walking, and it stayed in control. Please follow your gynac closely on this.
