Just entered my 4th month and the nausea has finally calmed down thank god. Feeling much more energetic now and want to make the most of it. What all should i be focusing on at this stage, any tests or exercises or diet changes? share ur experience pls.
This is a good time to start gentle walking and some prenatal stretches if ur gynac says ok. I did 20 min walk daily and it helped my back and mood. Nothing heavy though, listen to ur body.
I am in my 4th month right now too! I just focus on eating well, sleeping on my side and not skipping my checkups. Anyone else feel like the bump suddenly started showing this month?
Eat well, rest well and keep ur mind happy and calm. This phase u start feeling more connected to baby. Take care of urself and trust ur doctor for the medical part.
4th month is actually the nice phase, nausea usually settles and energy comes back. Keep up ur iron and calcium that doc gave, eat proper, light walking. Dont forget the anomaly scan comes around this time, so dont miss appointments.
Realistically just keep it simple, dont overthink. Take ur supplements on time, carry healthy snacks for work, stay hydrated. Make sure ur scans and blood tests are scheduled. Thats really the main stuff this month.
