What to do in early pregnancy to prevent miscarriage?
Just found out im expecting after trying for so long, and now im honestly scared of losing it. These early weeks feel so fragile. What precautions did u take to keep things safe? anything i should avoid?
With my history my doctor watched me closely in early weeks and gave me support based on my reports. Everyones body is different so what helps one may differ for another. Best is to follow your own gynac's plan and report any symptom early.
Please dont carry guilt, you cant control everything. Take your folic acid, avoid smoking and alcohol, dont lift heavy, manage stress. And if you ever see bleeding or strong cramps, call ur gynac immediately, dont wait it out.
Eat well, take prescribed supplements, avoid raw or unsafe foods, no smoking or drinking and dont overstrain physically. Keep your appointments. Beyond this a lot is not in our hands, so do your part and dont blame yourself for the rest.
I totally understand this worry, the early weeks feel so fragile. Just do the basics, supplements, rest, no heavy work, regular gynac visits, and let go of the fear bit by bit. You are already doing your best by even asking.
Take good care, rest well, eat clean and keep your heart calm. I prayed and stayed positive but also followed every doctor instruction carefully. Both peace of mind and proper checkups matter.
I lost one early before my rainbow baby, and honestly many early losses are not anything the mother did wrong, its often chromosomal. What I did the second time was take folic acid, avoid heavy lifting, rest more and stay in close touch with my doctor. Be gentle with yourself.
