Just stepped into my 5th month and feeling much better now after the rough start. Want to make the most of this phase, matlab exercise, diet, anything important. What all should i be doing now?

Is mahine mein achhe se khana khaana chahiye, sabzi-roti, doodh. Thoda bahar walk karna. Zyada bhaari kaam nahi karna ghar pe. Aur baby ki heartbeat toh doctor sunate hi honge na. Bas khush raho aur aaram karo.
