Entering my 9th month and getting both excited and nervous na. I want to make sure im doing everything right and preparing properly for the delivery. What all should I focus on in this last month? pls share ur experience.
I'm not there yet, still 2nd trimester, but reading all this to prepare. Mommies, when did you pack your bag? I keep hearing keep everything ready by 36 weeks. So much to remember na.
Sort out the hospital and payment side beforehand, confirm what's covered, keep cash/cards ready. Trust me you dont want to deal with that during labour. Also keep documents, insurance papers and your reports in one bag.
Mainly rest, eat well and stay calm beta. Keep your bag packed, papers ready, and watch baby's movements every day. If movements reduce or any leaking/strong pain, go to hospital immediately. Otherwise just relax and wait.
Last month I mostly rested at home with my mother's care, light walks daily. We kept everything ready a bit early. Attend all scans, they check baby's position n weight. Stay relaxed, you're almost there.
Just delivered last month so this is fresh haha. Keep your hospital bag ready, all documents in one folder, baby clothes washed. Rest a lot but keep walking. And keep your doc's number handy, contractions can start anytime.
Pack the hospital bag, finish baby shopping, and keep an eye on baby movements daily. Walk regularly, it helps. Go for all your checkups, they become more frequent now. Be ready, baby can come a bit early too.
