Im in my second trimester and i get chakkar so often, specially when i stand up fast or after standing in the kitchen. It scares me na that i might fall. What do u all do to feel better?
Dizziness can sometimes be due to low iron or low blood pressure, so first, ensure you're taking your supplements and getting your check-ups done regularly; these are important and can save costs later. Eat properly, don't skip meals. If it's persistent, you'll definitely need to consult your gynac for tests, which can add to costs, so better to manage it with simple steps first if possible.
Haan ji, dizziness toh aam baat hai pregnancy mein. Mere saath bhi hota tha. Thoda slowly utho, na, ekdum se khade mat ho. Aur paani bohot saara piyo. Kuch halka-phulka khaate raho thode-thode time mein, blood sugar maintain rahega. Agar bohot zyada lage toh gynac ko phone kar dena, theek hai?
This is very common, don't worry. Always get up slowly, never rush. Keep yourself well-hydrated throughout the day and eat small, frequent meals to maintain blood sugar levels. Avoid standing for extended periods. If it feels severe or you're close to fainting, call your doctor immediately, they might check your iron levels.
I used to get quite dizzy, especially in the first trimester and when standing up quickly. What really helped me was eating small, frequent meals throughout the day so my blood sugar didn't drop. Also, staying super hydrated and getting enough rest made a big difference. If it's severe though, definitely mention it to your gynac.
Oh my god, dizziness is so common, don't stress too much! My gynac always said to avoid standing for long periods and to get up slowly from sitting or lying down. Keep some snacks handy like a biscuit or fruit, and sip on water constantly. If it's really bad, like you feel you're going to faint, definitely tell your doc, ok?
