We have been trying for almost 8 months now and nothing yet. Starting to feel a little disheartened honestly. What worked for u all, any tips that actually helped?
Basics first, healthy lifestyle, ovulation timing, both partners eating well and avoiding smoking. Start folic acid early. If you have been trying for a year without success, see a doctor for a proper evaluation.
Biggest tip, dont stress too much yaar, stress messes with everything. Know your fertile days, stay healthy and relax. So many of us conceived the month we finally stopped panicking about it.
Track your fertile days, thats the biggest thing. Around ovulation is the window. Eat well, sleep, cut down stress and dont stress about the trying itself either. It happened for me once I stopped obsessing over it.
An ovulation tracking app helped me a lot, you find your fertile window easily. Healthy diet, folic acid even before conceiving, less caffeine. If a few months pass with no luck, then a doctor visit is worth it.
We are also trying so I understand. I read that knowing your ovulation days really helps. We just keep healthy and try around those days. Wishing you good news soon.
With pcos it took me longer so I dont want to give false confidence. Tracking ovulation and a healthy weight helped. If it doesnt happen in some months dont lose heart, just get a check with the gynac, sometimes small things help.
