Oh no, low BP can make you feel so dizzy! 😵💫 My doc always said to lie down on your left side immediately, drink plenty of water, and have something salty or a glass of fresh lime juice with a pinch of salt. Don't stand for too long, and get up slowly. Hope you feel better soon! ✨
Low BP is quite common in pregnancy, especially in the second trimester, my gynac explained. The main thing is to prevent falls. She advised me to stay well-hydrated, drink ORS or nimbu paani with salt, and avoid standing for long periods. Also, always get up slowly from sitting or lying down. If you feel dizzy, lie down on your left side immediately. If it's persistent or you're very symptomatic, call your doctor.
If your BP is low, first thing, lie down quietly, preferably on your left side. Drink some nimbu paani with a little salt, or ORS if you have it. Don't stand up too fast. Avoid very hot showers. Eat small, frequent meals. And yes, lots of water! But if you feel very faint or it happens often, definitely call your gynac quickly, don't wait.
Low BP? Add it to the list of 'pregnancy joys'! 😴 Honestly, when my BP dropped, all I wanted to do was sleep, and sometimes that actually helped. But also, my MIL would always push for more water and a little salt in my food. Just try not to pass out while doing dishes, okay? And tell your doc if it's too frequent.
Ho na, low BP feels so bad sometimes. Mere saath bhi hota tha. Just try to lie down for a bit, na, and drink plenty of water. Thoda nimbu paani ya salty biscuits kha lo. And always, always stand up slowly. But if it's happening too much or you feel very dizzy, then pls call your doc fast, okay? Don't take chances.
