We just started planning for a baby this month and im a little lost on where to even begin. Like what changes should i make, food, vitamins, timing all that. Pls share what worked for you ladies.
I started daily walks and light yoga that my doctor okayed, plus cut out junk slowly. Folic acid was the first thing my gynac put me on. A healthy body and calm mind really do help, atleast it did for me.
Start folic acid early, my gynac said begin even before conceiving. Track your fertile days, eat well, sleep enough, and try not to stress over each month. We took a few months and that's totally normal yaar.
We just started this journey too. My doctor told me to take folic acid and maintain healthy weight. Honestly the relax part is hardest, but everyone says stress makes it worse.
With my PCOS it took planning and patience, so I'd say see a gynac early if cycles are irregular. Folic acid, healthy eating and tracking ovulation helped me. Don't compare your timeline with others, every body is different na.
Stay positive and take good care of yourself, that matters a lot. We did our part with folic acid and healthy routine and left the rest with faith. Don't lose hope, your time will come.
