First trimester here and the vomiting is honestly killing me, cant keep anything down. Subah toh worst hota hai. What little things helped you guys get through this phase?
I just went through this severe nausea phase a few months back. Having small, frequent meals instead of three big meals really saved me. Also, cold milk or lime juice helped a lot to settle my stomach.
Have patience, this phase will also pass soon and your baby will be in your arms. Try to keep your mind calm and take small sips of ginger tea. Take care and stay positive.
I am currently in my 8th week and going through the exact same thing right now, it's so exhausting! Has anyone tried dry ginger powder or does only fresh ginger work? I really need some quick relief today.
Ugh, vomiting totally ruins the mood to eat! I found that sucking on sour candies or eating some thanda aam (mango) cut into small pieces helped curb my nausea. Find whatever light snack you crave and eat that in small bites.
Fennel seeds (saunf) and lemon water are great natural home remedies to control mild nausea. But please remember, if you are vomiting excessively and can't even retain water, you must call your gynac immediately for safe pregnancy-safe medicine.
I used to panic every time I threw up, thinking baby ko nutrition nahi mil raha. But my doctor told me it's totally normal in the first trimester. Try eating dry crackers or toast first thing in the morning before getting out of bed, it works wonders.
Vomiting se bahut kamzori ho jaati hai, thoda thoda paani peeti raho. Apne paas thoda sa adrak ka tukda ya nimbu rakho aur use soongho, usse bahut aaram milta hai. Kuch halka khana khao par bhookhe pet mat raho.
