Please consult your doctor for a proper diet chart because everyone's pregnancy is different. I had some complications in my first trimester, so my gynac specifically told me what to eat and what to strictly avoid. It is always better to get a customized plan from your doctor.
Just try to eat warm, home-cooked meals that feel good to your stomach. Sipping normal water or fresh juices throughout the day really helps. Take care of yourself.
Eat simple, home-cooked food and keep your thoughts pure and positive while eating. Drink lots of water and coconut water to keep your body clean. Take care of your health, this is a beautiful time of your life.
Keep it simple and don't overcomplicate your diet. Focus on high protein like paneer, eggs, and dals, and drink at least 3 liters of water daily. Avoid raw papaya, pineapple, and outside food entirely to stay safe.
Ghar pe my mother-in-law makes sure I have soaked almonds and milk every morning. She always says to eat fresh seasonal fruits and freshly made warm rotis with a little ghee. Basic home food is really the best right now.
