I keep waking up hungry around 2am these days, im in my 6th month. Dont want to eat anything too heavy that disturbs my sleep. What light stuff do u all keep for the night cravings?
I loved a small bowl of warm soup or curd rice at night, comforting and gentle. If craving something, a little fruit did the trick. Just avoid the oily spicy stuff before bed.
I kept dinner light and early because heavy night meals gave me acidity. A bowl of khichdi or daliya, or warm milk worked well. Eating too close to bedtime made the heartburn worse.
Honestly my late night cravings were real haha, but i tried to stick to a banana or some milk. Heavy food at night meant no sleep due to acidity. Keep it simple and light yaar.
