Honestly I just made sure to drink enough water through the day and added a fruit and salad to meals. The iron tablets made it worse for me so I told my gynac and she adjusted things. Mention it to urs too.
Constipation was my big problem too. More fibre helped, like fruits, veggies, dalia, and tons of water. A few soaked kishmish or prunes in the morning also worked. Light walking helps move things too.
Beta raat ko paani mein bhigoye hue munakka subah kha lo, and papaya in limited amount. Lots of water and fibre. We always did this at home. Bas zyada koi churan mat lena, ask doctor first.
Warm water in the morning, oats, fruits with skin, and isabgol only if ur doctor says ok. Walking daily helped me the most actually. Avoid taking any laxative on ur own.
I ate more fibre rich food and drank plenty of water, my amma also gave me a little buttermilk daily. It eased up slowly. If it stays bad for long, do tell ur doctor though.
