Im in my 2nd trimester and since morning loose motion ho raha hai, feeling thoda weak. Dont want to take anything without asking my gynac but what khana is safe and light to eat right now? anyone been through this?
Please don't ignore this or try too many home remedies right now. Loose motion can quickly lead to dehydration which is risky during pregnancy. It is always safest to directly contact your gynac and take what they prescribe.
Oh dear, loose motions during pregnancy can drain u completely. Eat very light things like khichdi, bananas, and drink lots of coconut water or ORS to stay hydrated. But pls let your gynac know if it continues for more than a day, risk nahi lena.

When I had loose motions in my second trimester, I strictly stuck to plain boiled rice with dahi and lots of nimbu paani. It worked well for me, but everyone's body is different. I didn't take any medicine without asking my gynac first.

I haven't conceived yet but my bhabhi always says curd rice is very soothing for the stomach during such times. Please take care of yourself. If it doesn't get better soon, maybe just call your doctor to be safe?
