What to eat during pregnancy for intelligent baby?
Im in my second trimester and everyone in family is giving different advice about what to eat for a sharp baby. Walnuts, ghee, saffron milk and so on. Curious what you all actually ate and believe in.
Haha if walnuts made geniuses I'd have eaten a kilo a day! Jokes apart, I loaded up on nuts, eggs, fruits and dal and felt great. Eat varied and colourful, the baby gets the goodness. And enjoy your food, a happy mom is good for baby too.
Honestly the intelligent baby thing is a bit of a myth, but good nutrition does support brain growth. I focused on nuts, eggs, leafy greens, dairy and my supplements. Talk to your gynac or a dietitian for a plan suited to you rather than chasing trends.
Beta in our families we always gave almonds, walnuts, milk with a little kesar, ghee, all good for the baby. These wholesome foods do help. But dont believe any one food makes the child super smart, balanced khana and a happy calm mind matter most.
My doctor said theres no magic food that makes a genius, but omega 3 foods like walnuts, eggs and fish are good for the baby's brain development. Also folic acid and iron rich foods matter a lot in early weeks. Basically a balanced plate plus your prescribed supplements is the real secret.
