We have been trying for a few months now without luck. I want to fix my diet and eat the right things to boost my chances. What foods helped you ladies actually conceive?
We just started trying and I have been eating more home food and taking folic acid as my doctor suggested. It feels nice to focus on health together. Any other gentle diet tips that worked for you all?
Focus on a balanced diet with greens, dals, eggs, nuts and fruits, nothing magic but it sets a good base. Start folic acid before trying, my doctor insisted on that. Cut down junk and stay at a healthy weight, it genuinely helps.
My family always said eat warm nourishing food, ghee in moderation, soaked nuts in the morning. Nothing fancy, just wholesome and fresh. But do take your folic acid like the doctor says, that part is important.
With my pcos, eating low sugar whole foods and fewer refined carbs made a real difference for me. I cant promise it works for everyone, bodies differ. But a clean diet plus my doctor's guidance helped my cycles a lot.
