What to eat for good hair for baby during pregnancy?
Currently in my 4th month and my mom keeps telling me to eat certain things for the baby's hair. Is there any food that actually makes a difference? curious to know what worked for you all.
Haha, my twins were born with completely different hair, one was nearly bald and the other had a full head of thick hair! Honestly, it's all about genetics, but eating almonds, eggs, and coconut can't hurt. Just don't expect a miracle shampoo ad baby based on diet alone!
Arre, don't stress too much about all this, baby hair is purely down to your and your husband's genes! Just eat your normal healthy food, fruits, and dry fruits, and enjoy this phase. Your baby will be beautiful no matter what!
Oh god, my baby was born with so much hair, but now half of it is falling out and my own hair is everywhere on the floor! Just eat well, especially proteins and dry fruits. But honestly, prepare yourself for the postpartum hair fall later, it's real!
While eating a protein-rich diet and nuts is good for overall health, baby hair depends mostly on genetics. I had thyroid issues and had to be very careful with my diet and regular doctor check-ups, so I'd say focus on overall nutrition as advised by your doctor.
