Just crossed 22 weeks and my appetite is finally back after all the nausea. I want to eat properly now for the baby's growth but get confused what to focus on. Whats your go to food around this stage?
Honestly I just ate everything in small portions, fruits, nuts, paneer, ghar ka khana. 22 weeks is when appetite comes back nicely so enjoy it a little.
Just watch the sugar and fried stuff thoda. I had gd so I was careful, but for normal pregnancy balanced meals are fine. Ask your doc once if any food doubt.
Around this time I focused on iron and protein rich food. My mom made me have lots of greens, dal, curd rice and a fruit daily. But do follow whatever your gynac suggests for supplements.
