Keep it simple, dal rice sabzi, lots of fruits and curd. Around this time take ur folic acid and iron regular if doc has started it. Dont overthink fancy diets, normal ghar ka khana is more than enough.
Eat colourful, lots of veggies and fruits, some protein and ur folic acid. Dont stress too much about doing it perfect every day. Cravings are ok in moderation yaar, you're allowed.
Honestly in 3rd month I could barely keep food down, so I just ate whatever stayed in my stomach. Small meals frequently helped me more than big plates. Dont stress if u cant eat a lot right now, it gets better.
I kept easy stuff handy, fruit, nuts, paneer, eggs, so I didnt skip meals during work. Drink enough water also, easy to forget. Quality over quantity, just eat balanced and on time.
My mother made sure I had plenty of greens, dal and a glass of milk daily. Add fruits like banana, pomegranate. But take ur supplements as the doc said, food alone wont cover everything.
I used an app that showed weekly food tips and it really helped me not overthink. Focus was folic acid, iron, calcium and protein. Apart from that just clean home food and staying hydrated did the job.
