Since every milestone is so precious, focus on high-protein foods like boiled eggs, sprouts, and curd to help the baby grow well. I was very particular about eating washed, home-cooked food during my journey. Sending you so much love and strength.
In your 6th month, focus on wholesome ghar ka khana like dal, paneer, and fresh seasonal fruits, which are like blessings for the baby. Chant a little or listen to peaceful music while eating, it keeps the mind happy. Take care and stay blessed!

At 6 months, baby is growing fast so up your protein and iron. Eat lean meats, paneer, ragi, and loads of leafy greens. Avoid outside food to prevent stomach infections, and keep your meals frequent but small.
