Finally entered my last month and the due date is coming so close. Appetite is up and down these days, some meals i can barely finish. What did you all focus on eating in this final stretch?
Keep meals light and frequent since theres less space now. Focus on fruits, dal, veggies, milk and your iron and calcium. I also had dates for energy as delivery neared. Drink plenty of water too.
My mom gave me dates, ghee and warm homemade food in the last month for strength. Curd rice was easy on my tummy. I balanced the family advice with my doctor's diet chart and it worked well.
Iam in month 9 and honestly I can only fit tiny meals now haha, baby is hogging all the space. So I just snack often on fruits and nuts. Small and steady is the game.
