Just entered my 5th month and honestly I'm confused what to add in my diet now. My appetite has come back after all that nausea so I want to eat right for the baby. What did you all focus on during this time?

Haha, for me it felt like I was eating for three in the fifth month! Seriously though, make sure you're getting enough protein and iron, especially. Nuts, paneer, and all those dals are your friends. And don't forget the occasional treat, you deserve it, especially with that extra load!
