Having loose motions since yesterday and feeling so weak, im 5 months along. Not sure what is safe and light to eat right now without making it worse. If it doesnt settle i'll call my doc. What did u eat during this?
Beta dahi chawal, kele, aur moong dal khichdi best hai is time. Pani aur nimbu shakkar namak wala pilao taaki kamzori na aaye. Par agar zyada baar ho ya bukhar aaye to doctor ko zaroor dikhana.
Stick to simple bland food, curd rice, khichdi, banana, toast, and keep sipping water and ORS so u dont get dehydrated. Avoid oily and spicy for a day or two. If it doesnt settle or u get fever, call ur doctor.
Curd rice with a little salt was my go to, very calming for the tummy. Coconut water and ORS keep u hydrated which is the main thing in pregnancy. If it continues more than a day, do check with the doctor.
Bland food and plenty of ORS, but honestly the bigger thing is dehydration which isnt good in pregnancy. Dont take any anti motion medicine on ur own. If it's frequent, please ring ur gynac.
