What to eat in pregnancy for fair and healthy baby?
Im 4 months now and my mom keeps telling me to eat saffron, coconut etc for fair baby. I just want a healthy baccha actually but curious also. What did you all eat during pregnancy?
Just focus on eating a colorful plate of fruits, veggies, and dry fruits for a strong and active baby. Skin tone doesn't matter, a healthy delivery and a happy baby do! Keep a positive mind and eat well.
Please don't try any heavy home remedies or excess herbs to change baby's color, as it can cause complications. I had a difficult pregnancy and learned that a healthy baby is the only blessing that matters. Just consult your doctor about safe foods.
Honestly, baby's skin color is completely genetic, so don't waste money on expensive kesar or special supplements for 'fairness'. Just save that money for hospital delivery charges and regular scans. Focus on eating basic iron and calcium-rich foods.
Arre, fair or dark doesn't matter at all, just pray for a baby who sleeps at night! Eat whatever ghar ka khana you can digest right now. My baby is perfectly healthy and brown, and honestly, we are just happy he is here.
I asked my hospital nutritionist about this, and they clearly said baby's complexion depends on genetics, not food. Just focus on a balanced diet with protein, milk, and green veggies for a healthy baby. You can ask your doctor for a customized diet chart.
