Im 8 weeks and the nausea is honestly ruining my whole day, throwing up almost everything i eat. just want to find some foods that stay down and dont trigger it. what worked for u all during this phase? im so tired of it.
Eat little little all day, dont let stomach go fully empty thats when nausea hits hardest. Cold things sometimes go down easier than hot smelly food. Keep dry crackers and nimbu paani handy always.
Yaar for me actually plain rice, curd, and thoda lemon water did the magic. Strong smells were my enemy so I kept away from the kitchen. Try eating something the moment u wake up, helps a lot.
At home they made me eat curd rice and a small piece of ginger with salt, very soothing. Coconut water also kept me hydrated. Keep it simple and frequent, and check with doc if it gets severe.
Beta we always gave saunf, a bit of ginger in water, or simple khichdi and curd rice during these days. Light and bland is the trick. But if u cant keep anything down for long, do tell ur doctor.
Bland food, ginger, sipping water through the day is what worked for most. But one warning, if u r vomiting everything out and feeling weak or dizzy, dont manage at home, see ur gynac, that needs proper treatment.
Oh I lived through this hell. What saved me was small frequent meals, never empty stomach. Dry toast or a biscuit before even getting out of bed, and ginger or lemon water helped settle it. Heavy oily food made it way worse.
