First trimester and the nausea is bohot bad, almost everything i eat comes back up. Im struggling to keep food down and feeling weak. What worked for u ladies to settle the stomach? pls share.

Try eating small, frequent meals instead of three big ones. High-protein snacks like roasted chana worked well for my nausea without spiking my blood sugar levels.
Sucking on lemon slices or drinking mint water helped me naturally. But if you cannot even keep water down, please call your gynac immediately to avoid dehydration.

My gynac advised keeping my food bland and dry, like curd rice or toast, and avoiding oily or spicy items. She also said to separate drinks from meals to prevent vomiting.
If you are vomiting very heavily and losing weight, please consult your doctor. I had to get IV fluids because I couldn't digest anything, so don't wait too long.
