The acidity is killing me, especially at night i cant even lie down properly. Im in my second trimester now. Trying to manage it through food before anything else, so what should i be eating or avoiding? pls share what worked for you.
Curd rice and buttermilk were my saviours, so cooling for the stomach. Amma also gave me a little jeera water. Just keep portions small and dont lie down right after eating.
On busy days I kept handy stuff like bananas, plain biscuits and nimbu free options at my desk so I never went hungry, empty stomach triggered mine. Also stopped lying down right after lunch. Made a real difference.
Beta thoda saunf chaba lo khaane ke baad, aur thanda doodh peene se aaram milta hai. Tali hui aur mirchi waali cheezein kam karo. Lagataar problem ho to gynac se ek baar pooch lena.
Acidity was my whole pregnancy honestly. Small frequent meals helped the most, never let stomach go fully empty or fully overfull. Cold milk, banana, coconut water cooled it down. Avoid heavy spicy dinners late at night.
Ohh the acidity struggle, I had to give up my beloved spicy chaats for a while. Switched to lighter stuff like khichdi, curd, fruits and it calmed down. Worth it, you find new fav foods.
