The morning sickness is killing me this week, i throw up almost everything i eat. Im 9 weeks and so tired of it na. Pls share what foods stayed down for you, im desperate for ideas.
Beta try a little ginger in warm water or just suck on some saunf, it really calms the stomach. Lemon water in the morning also helps. Eat something light the moment you wake, dont stay hungry. These small things worked for all my daughters in law.
Oh I lived through this, the worst! What saved me was keeping dry biscuits or rusk by the bed and eating one before even getting up. Small frequent meals instead of big ones, and ginger or nimbu helped. Empty stomach is the enemy, never let it get fully empty.
Same here, mornings are so hard for me right now. I found dry poha and apple help me, anything too smelly makes it worse. Does cold food help anyone else? Warm food smell sets me off instantly.
Eat little little throughout the day, dont go for heavy meals. Toast, khichdi, curd rice, banana, these stay down easily. Stay away from oily and very spicy food, that triggers it. Sip water slowly through the day instead of gulping.
Curd rice and a bit of buttermilk really settled my stomach, very cooling. My mother also gave me a pinch of ginger with honey. But if vomiting is so much that you cant keep water down, please tell your doctor, that's not something to push through alone.
