Focus on healthy weight gain not junk. Nuts, ghee in moderation, paneer, dals, milk, bananas and dry fruits worked for me. Eat frequent nutritious meals rather than stuffing yourself. Your doctor can tell u the right target weight too.

U dont need fancy expensive stuff honestly. Eggs, bananas, peanuts, dal chawal with ghee, and milk are cheap and very filling. I gained healthy weight on a simple home diet without spending much.
