Acidity was the worst for me in both pregnancies. Eat small meals often instead of heavy ones, dont lie down right after eating, and keep dinner early. Cold milk and coconut water helped me a ton.
Quick tips that worked for me, dont skip meals, keep some plain biscuits handy, sip cold milk and dont eat heavy right before bed. If nothing works tell your gynac, dont just take random tablets.
