Trying for our first since 3 months now, nothing yet. I really want to fix my diet properly so my body is ready. What foods should i be having more of and what to cut out? pls share if it worked for u.
Honestly, while trying to conceive, the best thing is a balanced diet. Focus on whole foods, lots of fruits, veggies, and lean protein. Don't stress too much about super specific 'do not eat' lists unless your doctor advises. Just avoid highly processed stuff, too much caffeine, and alcohol. Keep it simple and sustainable, especially when you're busy.
Meri saas kehti thi ki nariyal paani aur ghee bahut achha hota hai. Aur haan, seasonal fruits and vegetables toh khaana hi chahiye. Non-veg agar khate ho toh ache se paka ke khana. Generally, ghar ka saaf suthra khaana hi best hai. Zyada bahar ka khana avoid karna chahiye, that's what everyone always says.
From my personal experience, I just tried to eat as clean as possible. I focused on ghar ka khaana, plenty of greens, and fruits. I completely cut out fast food and sugary drinks. I didn't follow any strict diet plan, just tried to make healthier choices overall. Please consult your doctor for proper medical advice though, this is just what I did.
I just delivered a few months ago! When we were trying to conceive, my doctor specifically recommended starting folic acid supplements and generally eating a balanced diet. I tried to include a lot of leafy greens, nuts, and lentils, and cut down on caffeine. Also, avoid raw or undercooked foods, just to be safe. It helps prepare your body.
Oh, I remember this phase! Everyone gives so much advice, it can get overwhelming. My gynac just told me to eat healthy, like what you'd eat anyway – lots of veggies, fruits, and home-cooked food. Avoid junk and too much sugar. Don't stress too much about it, a healthy lifestyle is key, and it will happen when it's meant to.
Initially, I was so paranoid about what to eat and what not to eat, reading up on everything! But then my doctor gently told me to just eat a generally healthy, balanced diet. Focus on whole grains, fresh produce, and adequate protein. Avoid junk, alcohol, and excessive caffeine. It's more about overall well-being than a magic diet. Don't stress too much, dear.
