First time pregnant and i want to read up properly instead of googling everything at 2am haha. Heard about that famous pregnancy book everyone mentions. Which one is actually worth buying? Pls share what u all read.
Honestly, it is a bit outdated and too westernized for our Indian lifestyle. I preferred just tracking on basic apps and asking my gynac my specific questions directly.
Yaar, that book is a classic but don't stress too much reading all those scary scenarios! Just read it for general fun and enjoy this phase day by day.
