I am newly pregnant and keep checking apps every week to know what is normal. Some weeks I feel symptoms, some weeks nothing, and then I panic. Is there a simple way to understand week by week changes?
I followed a week by week app the whole time and honestly loved it, it told me baby's size and what's developing. Just dont compare too much, every pregnancy moves a little differently.
Im tracking week by week too and it's honestly so exciting reading what's happening each week. Im at week 14 now, the morning sickness phase finally easing. What week are u in?
My doctor explained it in trimesters more than weeks. She said the milestones to care about are the scans around 11-13 weeks and 18-20 weeks. The weekly apps are fun but the scan dates matter most.
Expect this each week: a new craving, a new reason to pee, and your jeans fitting slightly worse. Jokes apart, the apps are nice but just enjoy it, dont overthink every single week.
Beta dont stress about memorising every week. Body changes slowly, baby grows steadily, and your gynac checkups will keep track of all the important stages. Just rest and eat well through it.
Broadly first trimester is nausea and tiredness, second is when u feel better and the bump shows, third is heavy and tired again. But it varies a lot person to person, dont treat it like a fixed rulebook.
Get one of those pregnancy apps, they're cute and tell u the fruit size of baby each week haha. Just dont read the scary forums at 2am, that's the real advice yaar.
