My mom keeps telling me to listen to bhajans and good music for the baby. i'm into my 5th month now and want to start something nice daily. what did you all listen to, shlokas, garbh sanskar tracks? pls share.
Actually there are nice prenatal playlists on Spotify and YouTube, I made my own mix of light flute and Hindustani classical. My tracker app also had a relaxation section. You can just pick whatever genre relaxes you, no strict rule.
Yaar I honestly just played whatever I liked, old Lata songs, some lofi, even chill bollywood. Don't overthink it. Actually the point is just to stay relaxed, baby loves a happy mom.
Don't stress too much over this one, there's no wrong answer here. I kept light music and sometimes just sat in silence, both felt nice. Do whatever calms you down.
Pick gentle, slow music that settles your heart, beta. I used to listen to flute and some devotional songs before sleeping and it helped me rest better. Your peace matters the most right now.
I used to keep soft bhajans and Gayatri mantra on in the mornings, it really calmed my mind. Whatever makes you feel peaceful is good, honestly. Baby feels your calm energy too na.
My amma always said to listen to Carnatic music and Vishnu Sahasranamam, she believed it brings calmness to the baby. I enjoyed it too, very soothing in the evenings. But mainly listen to things that make you happy.
