Just got my positive report yaar and honestly I have no clue where to start. First time pregnancy so thoda nervous, MIL is telling one thing aur internet says something else. Can you all share what basic things to take care of, specially in first few months?
This is such a good question! I'm planning soon and sometimes it feels like there's a whole manual missing. My friends say to focus on diet and rest, but what about other things, like travel or exercise? Hope to learn a lot from everyone's experiences here.
Oh, there's so much to take care of, I felt overwhelmed sometimes! But honestly, the main thing is listening to your body and your doctor. I felt so tired initially, so lots of rest was key. Aur haan, khaane peene ka bhi dhyan rakho, jo doc ne bola bas wohi.
Bas normal cheezein follow karo, apne doc ki suno aur positive raho. Maine toh bas regular check-ups karwaye, ghar ka khaana khaya aur thodi walks karti thi. Stress bilkul nahi liya. Meri delivery bahut smooth hui thi, so take it easy and enjoy this special time.
Jab main pregnant thi, toh mummy-papa ke ghar pe hi thi. Mummy ne bahut dhyan rakha mera, khaane peene ka, time pe sone ka. Zyada kaam nahi karne dete the aur roj ghumne bhejte the thoda halka halka. Ghar pe sab ka support ho toh tension kam hoti hai bahut.
